Prebooking online is essential.
We regret that tickets are non-refundable and once booked cannot be transferred to a different date or time, including in the case of a force majeure due to snow, other extreme weather conditions or circumstances beyond Haddon’s control.
However, if you create an account on checkout, you may move your booking online up to 14 days before the event (admin fees apply). Please ensure that you create an account upon checkout in order to be able to move your booking. If you do not create an account, you will not be able to move your booking under any circumstances.
Unfortunately, if the event is sold out, you will not be able to move your booking under any circumstances.
Anyone with a Twilight Admission Ticket is welcome to use the car park during their allocated timeslot. Please car share where possible and only arrive in your allocated timeslot.
Parking will be on grassed areas, which can become muddy in wet conditions - please ensure you wear suitable footwear.

Access to the Hall and grounds is difficult for visitors with mobility difficulties – if you are in any doubt, before you book your tickets, please read our Accessibility Statement and ring the Estate Office on 01629 810912 for further information. Unfortunately, wheelchair access is not available.
We regret that we are also unable to admit pushchairs, so if you are bringing your little one, please consider bringing a baby carrier.
Dogs (apart from Assistance Dogs) are not permitted at this event.
