Mercatum Admission:
Morning Tickets 9.15am - 12.45pm (Car Park opens 8.30am - 12.45pm, last admission 11.45pm)
Afternoon Tickets 1.00pm - 4.30pm (Car Park opens 12.45pm - 4.30pm, last admission 3.45pm)
If you wish to stay all day in the car park, please select both a morning and an afternoon ticket.
Mercatum Green Travel Admission:
Green Travel 9.15am - 4.30pm (Arrive by bus, bike or on foot. Evidence required)
Last admission 3.45pm. Visitors are welcome to stay all day.
Mercatum Twilight Admission:
Twilight 3.00pm - 4.30pm (Car Park opens 2.45pm - 4.30pm)
Last admission 3.45pm.

Prebooking online is essential.
Anyone with a Mercatum Admission Ticket is welcome to use the car park during their allocated timeslot. Please car share where possible. Anyone travelling in a car must purchase a Mercatum Admission Tickets.
Green Ticket holders must arrive by bus, bike or on foot only. Proof of travel will be required upon admission. Car park access is not permitted.
Twilight Admissions are welcome to use the car park during their allocated timeslot. Please car share where possible.
Parking will be on grassed areas, which can become muddy in wet conditions - please ensure you wear suitable footwear.
We regret that tickets are non-refundable, including in the case of a force majeure due to snow, other extreme weather conditions or circumstances beyond Haddon’s control.
However, if you have created an account, you may transfer your booking online up to 14 days before the event (admin fees apply). Unfortunately, if the event is sold out, you will not be able to move your booking.
Access to the Hall and grounds is difficult for visitors with mobility difficulties – if you are in any doubt, before you book your tickets, please read our Accessibility Statement and ring the Estate Office on 01629 810912 for further information. Unfortunately, wheelchair access is not available.
We regret that we are also unable to admit pushchairs, so if you are bringing your little one, please consider bringing a baby carrier.
Dogs (apart from Assistance Dogs) are not permitted at this event.
